Laughing Skull Accounts???

I have a friend who wants to pickup a LS account for Xmas (well, his GF actually wants to pick it up for him). I remember a lot of accounts being sold off in BBz when i was in the guild, so I thought I'd check in to see if people are lookikng to unload any 60s.

why would you want an account on this server? it used to be great and all. now its just as lagtastic and crappy as the other high pop servers. you can thank blizzard for refusing to actually cap servers that they label as "full" for that.
